here. Some changes. I used bread flour (these are kanelbulle, not cinnamon buns) and added just a bit of vanilla to the filling--you should too. I used nonfat milk in the dough--you shouldn't, this isn't health food. Länge leve Sverige. And no skimping on the cardamom, cinnamon, or
pearl sugar.

Love these! Similar ones in Finland called Korvapuusti:) Just smear a ton of butter sugar and cinnamon in between....yumyum. Great blog you have! Hope you come visit soon.
